We needed a vet urgently after being told by our Mount Eliza vet of 20 years that we had to wait 3 hours! We were seen immediately here. A terrible day made just that bit easier because of these lovely caring people. Thank you!

Our cats are well looked after and the vet was genuinely concerned and even rang us when we got home to ask more questions about our cat, highly recommended for all animal care

I have been attending Frankston Heights Vet Clinic for many many years - Why? because their level of service, their level of care and the clinic itself is just of the highest grade. The animals' welfare is always their first priority - not the money side of things. Some people think that the clinic is a bit more expensive than other clinics in the area, but to our family it is the peace of mind to know that you have given your animal the best opportunity possible in all circumstances. The Vet staff are just wonderful, extremely knowledgable and very approachable.

They care about the animals and are friendly enough but I felt they didn't examine my cat as well as they could have. They gave him some pain killers and sent him home, because he couldn't feel his leg there was a chance of him doing more damage. Also a friend of mine went back and forth from them for 7 weeks and their dog still didn't get diagnosed.

We have used this vet before. So they have all our details on file . Today after lunch our 12 year old dog followed my wife as she was bringing in our rubbish bins. She didn't see our dog follow her and he was locked out. Someone picked him up and took him to Frankston Heights Vet. The veterinary clinic read his microchip. They said they tried to call us but they couldn't have waited too long. We live around the corner and instead of holding our dog for an afternoon. They reported him to the Frankston Council. My dog was picked up by a private contractor who operates out of Cranbourne . One hundred and seventy five dollars later and a drive to Cranbourne we managed to get our dog back. Which is terrific , as it was a stessful experience. I just don't understand why it would have been soo much trouble for the veterniary clinic to hang on to him for an afternoon and give us a chance to find him. What if we were both at work this afternoon? Considering there was only only about 4.5 hours duration from my dog getting out to me picking him from Cranbourne. I would have thought the veterinary clinic could have waited a bit longer to call the pound.
