  We were told they didn't have time to clean and now say the house was fine and to get our rent back we need to go to VCAT which we will have to do. They were rude and had no consideration for any thing that they have put us through . We had movers booked and had to be out of our place so have had to put everything in storage and move in to my mums temporarily. I can not believe they could expect any one to move in to a dirty house . We cleaned ours thoughorly as per regulations before we moved out and O'Brien's should have made sure this was too.

  We were tenants renting a property managed by O'Brian real estate and Bob our property manager was the best. Walked us through everything. There were never any surprises and from being renters for 8 years I must say the best real estate agent and agency we've dealt with. Once lease was up because our property manager had great for thought and preparation, our bond was released back to us straight after our inspection was approved.

  The staff were both friendly and helpful even though I wasn't ready to sell right at that moment and I will definitely be going back to those guys to take care of the sale of my house when i'm ready. Best Real Estate agents in Frankston, would recommend!!

  Liars, would never rent from this agent. they are not trust worthy. On the day we were to move in the rental house had not been cleaned and was disgusting, there was rubbish in the shed and yard and the gates were broken so my dog that they knew we had, had no where to go .. We returned the keys before 24 hours and had called them as soon as we had gone to the house to complain and they say that we broke the lease as we did not move in .
