  Dear Owner, my condition report was returned after 1 month because I had to fix a lot of issues in the house, that was also dirty. On top of that, the condition report had some pictures probably taken years ago and that did not show the real condition of the house.

  Also, I have another signed report from a professional painter who had to fix a towel rail that collapsed as soon as I hung a little towel on it. This lovely guy took pictures, a video and also a part of the wall that shows the cheap quality of the works. He fixed everything for free because he knows what I was going through with you. He's willing to come to Court, too.

  Is it possible to give 1/2 star rather than 1? Had two properties being managed by Acquire - had to leave them within 3 months. Absolutely appalling service. Had to follow up maintenance, quotes, rates myself! Don't know what they were charging management fees for. Incompetent til the end - new real estate agent went to their office to pick up files and they did not have rental agreements in file! Pathetic. Agree with previous reviewer - you will sleep much better once you change agents.

  Luckily, I have a signed document from the company that helped me move in and saw the difference between your condition report and the house. They are happy to come to Court, if necessary.

  No communication from the staff, you have to plead for help. I was thinking of buying house in clyde area from them even spoke to their agent Ryan. But never going to them again.
