    WORST customer service ever. The owner JOE is so rude and disrespectful. They are discriminating and sexist. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

    I've been going to this gym for almost 5 years and love it. It has everything I need and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

    A perfect gym for smashing out a weights session or running/bike session. I love the segmented layout, and the fact that there is a women's room. My favourite Core24 by far!!
